Secretary IV - 10 months - 8 hours

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Professional appearance and demeanor.

3. Ability to achieve a minimum score of 70% on assessments including Grammar, Spelling, Math, Office Filing/Sorting, Proofreading, and Computer Applications Skills.
Must also pass a bookkeeping assessment with a score of 70%.

4. Proficiency in electronic communication tools (e.g., email).

REPORTING

RELATIONSHIPS:
Defined by Human Resources upon assignment to a department or educational facility.

JOB GOAL:
Facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the assigned department or office.

PERFORMANCE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*13. Maintain student records accurately.

*14. Prepare correspondence, bulletins, and reports.
