QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Professional appearance and demeanor.
3. Ability to achieve a minimum score of 70% on assessments including Grammar, Spelling, Math, Office Filing/Sorting, Proofreading, and Computer Applications Skills.
Must also pass a bookkeeping assessment with a score of 70%.
4. Proficiency in electronic communication tools (e.g., email).
REPORTING
RELATIONSHIPS:
Defined by Human Resources upon assignment to a department or educational facility.
JOB GOAL:
Facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the assigned department or office.
PERFORMANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* 1. Maintain a positive and welcoming interaction with the public and students via phone and in-person.
* 2. Stay updated on all school-related activities.
* 3. Provide accurate information to the public and students regarding school services and programs.
* 4. Direct inquiries to the appropriate supervisor for resolution and accurate information.
*5. Exhibit sound judgment; maintain confidentiality; demonstrate reliability and integrity; and uphold a professional demeanor.
*6. Collaborate effectively as a team member.
*7. Schedule appointments for the supervisor.
*8. Assist with duties of lower classifications as needed.
*9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to prevent service disruptions.
*10. Oversee the operation and upkeep of office equipment.
*11. Schedule appointments for the immediate supervisor.
*12. Support administrative leaders in managing public interactions and concerns.
*13. Maintain student records accurately.
*14. Prepare correspondence, bulletins, and reports.
*15. Handle sensitive matters related to budgeting.
*16. Manage financial records and accounting responsibilities.
*17. Oversee accounts related to various funds and ensure accurate reconciliations.
*18. Provide bookkeeping and accounting support as assigned.
*19. Manage all school-related funds, including fees and activity funds.

Office Manager:
Oversee and guide the clerical staff in completing their tasks effectively.
*22. Ensure the accuracy of personnel records and their proper management for payroll processing.
*23. May be required to administer medication to students following training and parental consent.

TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT:
10 months - 12 months based on assignment, salary according to DFSE Salary Schedule
