- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working with government clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with business process improvement and change management.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and project documentation.
- Experience with project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.
