Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver curriculum that supports objectives at the departmental and organizational levels, aligned with the overall business plan.
- Implement strategies that improve organizational performance, including leadership development, new hire orientation and onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and team building.
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of Talent Management initiatives, working with stakeholders to provide solutions that align with our HR Global Strategy.
- Deliver training to talent at all levels within the organization, using a variety of instructional techniques and methods.
- Develop evaluation and measurement procedures for the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Plan and implement teambuilding programs that encourage cross-functional collaboration, strengthen internal communication, and foster a culture of cohesion and camaraderie.
- Lead the administration efforts with Talent Management related technology systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), leadership assessments, and the company's SharePoint site referred to as Hunter Corporate Portal (HCP).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Human Resources.
