Job Title: Account Specialist II

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist II to join our team at TriHealth. In this role, you will be responsible for expediting positive cash flow, maximizing reimbursement, and reducing/eliminating financial loss to department customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit charge information into appropriate systems
  • Post payments and follow-up on patient account balances
  • Process a specified number of accounts on a daily basis
  • Contact payers regarding payment and resolve incorrect payment issues
  • Reconcile monthly reports and demonstrate quality customer service

Requirements:

  • High School Degree
  • Specialized knowledge in Medicaid/Medicare billing and other payer sources
  • 3-4 years experience in a related field
