Process Control Specialist

Job Summary:

An experienced Process Control Specialist is sought to join our team at ACE Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blow mold production and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform job duties in a safe manner, including wearing eye and hearing protection in designated areas.
  • Start and stop all equipment in a proper and safe manner.
  • Complete machine/line changeovers, including all downstream equipment, to maintain production orders and levels per production schedule.
  • With direct supervision of Quality Control personnel, perform first piece quality checks and complete proper documentation.
  • Maintain proper paperwork, logs, and records as required.
  • Order and maintain inventory/stock regarding items for the processing portion of the equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment regarding processing issues.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as keeping the floor clear of debris and cleaning machines in a safe manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in blow mold production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
