Propark Mobility is seeking a skilled and energetic Valet Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring they are returned to the correct location.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, provide clear instructions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Vehicle Inspection: Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines.
- Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company uniform standards.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks, or other special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Age and License: Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Physical Demands: Be able to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Customer Service: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valet Parking Experience: 1 year or more of experience in valet parking.
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year or more of experience in customer-facing roles.
