About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience and leading a team of Associates to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, including personalized customer service and loyalty program promotion
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
