Job Summary:
The Dayton Area School Consortium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our State Support Team, you will play a critical role in supporting districts and schools in implementing effective educational programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to districts and schools in implementing federal and state requirements, including ESSA, ODE report card, and data resources.
- Develop and implement district and school-wide improvement plans, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
- Lead collaborative teams at the building and district level, promoting collaborative leadership and collegial relationships.
- Collaborate with district and school leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in education, applying this knowledge to support districts and schools.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in education or a related field.
- 3-5 years of successful teaching and administrative experience, including experience in systems leadership.
- Knowledge of federal and state requirements, including ESSA and IDEA.
- Experience in developing and implementing improvement plans, and leading collaborative teams.
