SST Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Dayton Area School Consortium is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable consultant to join our team as a State Support Team Consultant: Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of success in implementing federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement district and school-wide improvement plans
- Lead collaborative teams at the building and/or district level
- Provide technical assistance and support to districts and schools
- Stay up-to-date on federal and state requirements and provide guidance to districts and schools
Requirements:
- Masters degree in education or related field
- Three to five years of successful teaching and administrative experience
- License appropriate to the individual's profession
- Experience in systems leadership and implementation of federal and state requirements
