WHAT WE PROVIDE:
  • $13/hour
  • 8am start times
  • $250 - $500 Driver Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn rewards
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 23 years old.
  • Candidates over 65 will undergo an additional review process for insurance purposes.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Clean driving record is essential.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use in customer vehicles or at service locations.
  • Minimum of one year of driving experience.
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone/device and various applications.
  • Willingness to drive in diverse weather and road conditions.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 150 miles from the base location.
  • Capability to enter and exit various vehicle types (cars, vans, box trucks, etc.) and operate assigned vehicles.
  • Previous experience with larger vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations is required.
  • Professional appearance is expected (clean collared shirt, appropriate pants, well-groomed).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver vehicles to customers at their residences or businesses, ensuring a professional appearance and completing an Electronic Condition Report on each vehicle. Return to the hub via Uber (cost covered by AMF Driver Services) or a company chase car.
  • Pick up customer vehicles and return them to the hub, maintaining a presentable appearance and performing an Electronic Condition Report.
  • Transport vehicles for servicing, repairs, or detailing, ensuring timely returns to the hub.
  • Conduct inventory and inspections on the lot as needed.
  • Be prepared to perform all tasks as required based on daily volume.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and management.
  • Present both electronic and hard copies of vehicle-related documents.
  • Submit necessary documentation for processing.
  • Perform minor cleaning tasks on vehicles as needed (vacuuming, disposal of items, courtesy washes, etc.).
  • Be ready to undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
