Shuttle Driver

Ochsner Health is seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting supplies, equipment, mail, and other company-related materials to and from main campus to designated offsite locations.

• Pick up and deliver supplies, equipment, mail, pharmaceuticals, and other related materials to/from main campus to designated offsite locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and upkeep as needed.
• Perform warehouse and receiving duties.
• Adapt behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Driver's License in the state of practice.
• Excellent driving record to operate company-owned vehicles.
• Preferred: Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in the state of practice.
