As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service, and serving as a product expert for all things Skechers.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Sales through excellent customer service, ensuring a premier shopping experience for customers.
- Act as a Product Expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, using your knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection.
- Maintain Store Inventory and ensure that the store is well-stocked and merchandised, creating a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Process Transactions efficiently and professionally, handling customer transactions, discounts, and returns with a smile.
- Stay Up-to-Date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge, staying informed about new products, styles, and trends.
Requirements
- Previous Retail Experience is preferred but not required, as we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and management on a daily basis.
