Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of clinical staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Providence Medical Group standards.
- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
- Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
- 3 years - Experience providing patient education.
