Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Belpre Rehab. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric physical therapy and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and treat patients referred to our facility, providing instructions and assistance to patient's families as needed. 2. Supervise physical therapist assistants and students, ensuring high-quality care and education. 3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for medical records and insurance purposes. 4. Demonstrate expertise in providing care for patients' physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs. 5. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master's or Doctorate preferred. 2. Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required. 3. 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent patient care.
