Mobility Security Specialist

Job Summary
As a Mobility Security Specialist at New Season Treatment Centers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients and staff. With over 30 years of experience providing high-quality care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), we are committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.We operate in over 70 treatment centers across multiple states, offering medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management. Our team members are dedicated to addressing the underlying causes of OUD and providing a continuum of care that supports patients on their journey to recovery.
Essential Functions:
• Conduct regular area walkthroughs to ensure the clinic is secure and safe for patients and staff.
• Perform mobile unit security checks at all locations to prevent diversion and theft.
• Assist in monitoring patient activities on center premises, including parking lots, mobile units, and dosing areas.
• Respond quickly to any disturbances and maintain clear communication with Program Directors.
• Ensure parking lot rules are followed and the surrounding area is kept free of trash.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic laws while operating mobile units.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A successful candidate should have:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and valid CDL
• Crowd control experience and ability to de-escalate situations effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
As a Mobility Security Specialist, you will work in an open environment with moderate everyday noise. Your core competencies will include communication, detail orientation, ethics, information gathering, problem-solving, and time management.
Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
