At New Season Treatment Centers, we are dedicated to providing safe and quality care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). As a Lead Mobile Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and well-being of our patients and staff.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Mobile Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing area walkthroughs, mobile unit security checks, and daily checklists to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and patients.

You will also assist in the prevention of diversion and theft from the clinic and mobile unit, monitor and maintain health/safety/security issues, and respond quickly to any disturbances. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with the Program Director and ensure that parking lot rules are followed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalency, a valid CDL, and a safe driving record. You should also have experience in crowd control and de-escalation techniques, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Able to work in an open environment with moderate everyday noise, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
