Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including collecting payments and handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of service and parts transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule service appointments for our dealerships.
  • Assist with outbound telephone calls to confirm service appointments and provide updates to customers.
  • Assign technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule availability, including Monday - Friday one week and Tuesday - Saturday alternating weeks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with ADP or CDK systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
