Healthcare Provider Representative

As a Staff/Associate Attorney at Ternium, you will play a key role in representing healthcare providers in disputes with medical insurance carriers and managed care organizations. This is a unique legal position where you will leverage your analytical skills to identify issues, review contracts, conduct statutory research, and draft persuasive appeals. You will gain a deep understanding of the industry and develop expertise in Commercial and Managed Care Insurance Claims policies and procedures, as well as ERISA regulations related to administrative claim processing.
Responsibilities- Represent healthcare providers in denied claim disputes, navigating the administrative appeals process without litigation.
- Draft innovative arguments to achieve positive resolution of denial claims.
- Work directly with provider representatives and enhanced resolution units to resolve complex issues.
- Juris Doctor required
- State Bar Membership (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
