About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented lawyer to apply their skills in a non-traditional setting. As a Staff/Associate Attorney at Ternium, you will be working closely with healthcare providers to resolve disputes with medical insurance carriers and managed care organizations. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify issues and develop persuasive arguments to support the appeals process. Your strong communication skills will also be essential in drafting complex appeal letters and negotiating with insurance organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing healthcare providers in denied claim disputes
  • Developing innovative legal arguments to support appeals
  • Drafting complex appeal letters to insurance organizations

What We're Looking For
  • Juris Doctor degree
  • State Bar Membership preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
