Corporate Payroll Specialist

Trillium Staffing is expanding its Corporate Office and seeking a skilled Corporate Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for collecting and processing payroll information accurately and consistently at our corporate location. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment, provide excellent service to internal and external customers, and meet weekly payroll deadlines for several companies.

The successful candidate will possess proven organizational skills, the ability to proof and audit work, and provide great attention to detail. If you have a positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

Previous experience in payroll, data entry, and certified payroll is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process payroll information accurately and consistently
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Meet weekly payroll deadlines for several companies
  • Prove and audit work to ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements:

  • High school education or GED is desirable for this position
  • Some college courses in business-related fields are helpful
  • Previous experience with HRIS or payroll systems is very helpful
  • Previous experience with certified payroll reports, calculating payroll taxes and deductions is also very helpful
  • Experience with eMars, LCP Tracker, or other certified payroll sites is a plus
