Relative Dynamics Inc. is seeking a talented Aerospace Guidance and Control Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of advanced spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing GNC hardware component trade studies, selection, and subsystem design, supporting systems engineering development of mission Concept of Operations (CONOPS), generating and optimizing Design Reference Missions trajectories, and implementing guidance algorithms.

You will develop navigation and orbit determination algorithms and processes, design control laws to meet vehicle performance and stability margin requirements, implement GNC Flight Software (FSW) state machine, define GNC subsystem Fault Detection, Identification, and Response (FDIR), and develop high-fidelity GNC simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test frameworks.

In this role, you will integrate and validate GNC FSW and HW components, support internal and external design reviews, execute GNC subsystem verification and validation using HIL and Monte Carlo simulation, and support flight activities and analyze flight performance data.
