Position Overview
Parallel Employment is looking for a skilled and driven individual to take on the role of Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

In this position, you will be tasked with managing daily operations and leading a team of staff to meet departmental and warehouse objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass receiving products, restocking inventory, handling returns, fulfilling orders, ensuring timely shipping, maintaining equipment, training employees, upholding safety standards, and managing staffing and scheduling.

Work Schedule
Out of season: Tuesday through Saturday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. In season: Monday through Wednesday, 2:30 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among full-time and seasonal staff.
  • Train, mentor, and assess new team members.
  • Assist warehouse managers with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
  • Manage paperwork for outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure timely release of orders.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the pick/pack area.
Core Competencies

  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse setting, with at least one (1) year in a leadership capacity.
  • High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience operating forklifts, stand-up equipment, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
