Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Friendly Toast. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables, including clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Working Conditions:

  • Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones and computers.
