Fully responsible for the maintenance and continuation of JRCERT program accreditation.
Communicates with students, Clinical Education Coordinator(s), other faculty, Radiography Program Director/Assistant Chair and the MIT Department Chair regarding student, classroom, and laboratory needs and issues.
Maintains competency in the professional discipline and instructional evaluative techniques through continuing professional development.
Provides students with didactic content as defined in the JRCERT standards.
Updates course syllabi according to the Curriculum Committee template.
Submits course syllabi and course outlines to Program Director.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge base as related to the Radiography concentrations of a JRCERT accredited program.
Understanding of academics in higher education including but not limited to innovative content delivery, assessment of student learning, adapting to differing learning styles, alignment of course content with clinical requirements, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills.
Skill in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Ability to skillfully use radiography, PACS, and quality control equipment.
Knowledge of audiovisual equipment.
Verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team; to organize and retain documentation; work collaboratively to make decisions under pressure; manage several projects at once.
Ability to recognize strengths and weaknesses in students' performance and adapt teaching style to accommodate.

Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Two ( 2) years teaching experience to include course development, instructional methodologies, and evaluation.
Three (3) years full-time clinical experience in radiography.
ARRT registered in Radiography
OCH licensure in Radiography
CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Computed Tomography experience
Five (5) years clinical experience in Radiography
