Roofing Sales Professional

The Sales Estimator is a key member of our team at DV Management Company LLC, responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting our sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing sales and estimating, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
- Manage leads and internal marketing efforts to drive sales growth
- Contribute to overall sales goals and expand the customer base
- Inspect customer roofs and provide professional inspection reporting
- Build digital job files and import roof drawings into estimating software
- Generate proposals and track bids via CRM tool
- Support and abide by company policies and procedures
- 5+ years of roofing experience preferred
- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
- Construction and commercial experience preferred
The Sales Estimator will work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors. The role requires regular business hours with additional hours required during certain periods. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
The Sales Estimator may be exposed to extremes of heat and cold, as well as certain unsafe environments. The role requires following all safety requirements carefully and working in a moderate to loud noise level.
