About the Role:
This 13-week contract position offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic medical team, applying your expertise in cardiac catheterization techniques, equipment operation, and patient monitoring. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in educating patients about their condition, procedure options, and post-operative care requirements.

Responsibilities:
Prepare the cath lab environment for procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are sterile, functional, and properly set up. Verify patient information, including medical history, allergies, and consent forms, before the procedure begins. Provide post-procedure instructions to patients and their families, including advice on post-operative care, activity restrictions, and follow-up appointments. Participate in ongoing education, certification programs, and training in areas such as radiation safety, advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), and other relevant certifications. Ensure that all procedures and documentation meet hospital policies, accreditation standards, and industry regulations. Perform other duties as required by the medical team or management.
