Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manager of Steel Mill Maintenance to oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Departments within our steelmaking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Steelmaking Maintenance Departments, which include a 115 MVA 225 ton Electric Arc Furnace, ladle metallurgy furnace, and a six-strand continuous billet caster.
- Manage both salaried and hourly personnel within these departments, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Supervise electrical and mechanical supervisors, aiming to minimize maintenance downtime through effective predictive and preventative maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and financial documentation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, along with two years of relevant experience; however, five years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities are essential.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are required.
- Experience in supervising employees in accordance with union regulations is necessary.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $85,800 and $107,300, with a discretionary target bonus of 17%.
