Salary Range

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled Quality Engineer to work with our client's manufacturing team to improve the quality of their products. The ideal candidate will have experience developing processes and procedures to ensure equipment is manufactured to code, as well as implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent certifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, including managing all aspects of manufacturing to improve product quality
  • Familiarity with FMA, PPAP, SPC, and (5 WHY, 8D)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to travel to vendors' sites domestically and internationally

Benefits

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $33.65 - $43.27, plus benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with occasional overtime expected.
