Executive Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leadership Specialist to join our team at WestCare Foundation.

This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality services, providing managerial guidance, and coordinating day-to-day operations for our Medication Assisted Treatment program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the behavioral health/substance abuse recovery field.

• Leadership and Guidance: Provide managerial, programmatic, and operational leadership to program staff, implementing methods for ensuring continuous excellence in service quality and contract compliance.
• Reporting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain regular programmatic, budgetary, and management reports, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
• Talent Management: Collaborate with the Regional Administrator and state HR Representative to hire, retain, and develop talent, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

• Education: A graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master's level program is preferred.
• Experience: At least five years of experience in the behavioral health/substance abuse recovery field, including two years in a leadership role, is required.
• Certifications/Licensures: Relevant licensure and/or certification is preferred, with a valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain WestCare vehicle insurance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
