KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Nursing Unit Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and optimal outcomes. Your role will encompass:
- Management of departmental budgets and resources.
- Supervision and development of nursing staff.
- Coordination of patient services and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Texas or a valid Compact RN license is mandatory.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Applicants should possess a minimum of four years of professional nursing experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
CERTIFICATIONS
