Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Department Coordinator to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The Sales Department Coordinator will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, directing customers to the appropriate person or department, and managing the desk log, phone up log, and other records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • DIRECT customers to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the desk log, phone up log, and other records accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Estimate:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
