Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Foster a lively and rewarding workplace atmosphere
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and warmly welcome clients
  • Accurately enter data into the candidate tracking system
  • Conduct pre-screening, applications, and assessments with candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities and enhance the existing client portfolio
  • Consistently surpass key performance metrics while adhering to established success protocols
  • Review timecards for precision
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments for candidates
  • Process employment verifications and related documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee the employee recognition program
  • Perform additional duties as required within our sector

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Compensation based on experience
  • A degree of 2-4 years is preferred but not mandatory
  • Relevant professional office experience is essential
  • Ability to swiftly and effectively resolve customer service challenges
  • Minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Proven experience in multitasking
  • Positive professional references
  • Reliable transportation
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to pass assessments in Microsoft Word, data entry, and writing
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime
  • A positive demeanor with some sales experience or the aptitude to sell
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines and procedural manuals
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
