Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on communication and swallowing disorders, as well as strategies for prevention and management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-approved program.
  • Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
