Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Lacey, Washington. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit
  • Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
