Responsibilities:

As our Director of Nursing, you will oversee the nursing department, planning and implementing daily functions, managing budgets, and communicating with doctors, residents, and family members. You will also be responsible for implementing new procedures and training nurses on policies.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a DON or ADON in long-term care
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois in good standing
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
