About the Role:

NovaTech Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing product flow and workshop occupancy plans to ensure a smooth production process for our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product flow and workshop occupancy plans to optimize production efficiency
  • Plan and coordinate measures to resolve disruptions in the production process or with relevant supporting IT systems
  • Collaborate with customers to develop strategic and operational plans for vehicle supply
  • Create daily maintenance orders, including documentation for production and external service providers
  • Monitor daily progress and report on it as part of shop floor management
  • Develop short- and medium-term maintenance plans for the workshop, and document and update data in IT systems
  • Ensure performance is recorded and documented in accordance with processes, and that orders are invoiced and archived in the SAP ISI / QSI system

Requirements:

  • Master's or technician's degree or vocational training in a relevant technical field
  • At least five years of experience in rail vehicle maintenance and knowledge of maintenance planning
  • Knowledge of SAP
