As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual and digital aspects of marketing materials, website, and other media to promote philanthropy and impactful grantmaking for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual and electronic aspects of marketing and communication design projects, including newsletters, annual reports, advertisements, brochures, donor materials, e-communications, videos, social media, website, and event materials.
  • Elevate stories about donors and nonprofits in our community through compelling print design, social media graphics, photography, and video production.
  • Oversee and implement the Community Foundation brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Manage website design and content updates, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience for our audience.
  • Develop and execute content plans and strategies on social media channels, engaging with our audience and promoting our mission.
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and digital knowledge, enhancing our collective expertise and creativity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional visual graphic design skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to create engaging and effective designs.
  • Experience with video creation and editing, as well as proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to try new concepts and absorb constructive feedback.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization, with a strong understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
