Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process and approve online orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Product Knowledge: Actively listen to customers' inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate and helpful information about products, promotions, and policies.
  • Account Management: Assist customers in establishing accounts and locating products within the store, suggesting suitable alternatives, and explaining product features and benefits.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the PCSCRM and point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods and verifying and documenting customer eligibility.
  • Return and Exchange Policy: Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring a smooth and positive resolution for the customer.
  • Store Environment: Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and stay informed about new products and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Full Professional Proficiency in English & Spanish.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a computer, POS systems, and other retail software applications.
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items when necessary.
