About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Stantec. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of projects through all phases, from initiation to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
  • Lead the design team on civil engineering-related services.
  • Prepare project status reports and review invoices and change orders.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and other technical disciplines to bring projects to fruition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of local design and construction permitting processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
