Key Responsibilities
  • Punctually attend your scheduled shifts and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring services are completed within the designated time frame.
  • Deliver consistent and professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in line with spa standards and accepted practices.
  • Remain open to providing all services for which you are trained and licensed.
  • Adapt your schedule to meet the operational needs of the spa.
  • Maintain equipment properly and utilize products judiciously to support cost management.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all services and products, while educating guests on these offerings.
  • Actively promote home care products, striving to meet retail sales targets.
  • Adhere to sanitation and sterilization protocols as mandated by law and spa policies.
  • Prepare work areas and ensure they are clean and stocked as necessary.
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention.
  • Promote the spa's services, treatments, and retail offerings, including any current promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in various operational tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state license is mandatory.

Experience:

  • Entry-level experience in a high-end spa or resort setting is preferred.
  • A strong background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor is necessary for guest interactions.
  • Effective communication and listening abilities, along with basic computer skills, are required.
  • Team-oriented mindset is crucial.
