Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, from infant through adolescence/young adulthood, with a wide range of diagnoses including neurological, sensorimotor, musculoskeletal disorders/delays, complex medical conditions, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of modalities, including exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, mobilization, heat/cold, taping, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound.
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans with age-appropriate, functional, and measurable goals.
  • Provide patient/family teaching for maximizing function within the home/community and implementation of home program.
  • Supervise and direct assistive personnel, including physical therapist assistants, rehab technicians, and students.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Joint Commission, state/federal guidelines.
