Clinical Applications Trainer

This role is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, delivery, and upgrade of clinical applications end-user training programs for the Perioperative and Oncology Service Lines.
As an Epic Applications Specialist, you will have knowledge of designated Epic applications and be able to prepare technical training curriculum in the application training environment.
Involved in a team approach to ensure end-user application training includes relevant scenarios and workflows providing an effective learning experience for the end user.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the development of training materials for end-users.
- Supporting the build process for the master training environment.
- Incorporating appropriate scenarios and workflows into training programs.
- Demonstrating exceptional classroom facilitation skills and incorporating adult learning principles into training delivery.
- Remaining expert and up-to-date in clinical applications functions, workflows, and requirements.
- Translating this knowledge and skill to a relevant and effective end-user training experience.
- Supporting the evaluation of training delivery and outcomes.
- Initiating activities to improve quality and services in response to evaluation feedback.
