Medical Director Family Practice

Located in Danville, KY, approximately 35 miles from Lexington, this full-time Employed position offers a unique opportunity to build a busy practice quickly. With a service area of approximately 120,000 people, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the community's healthcare. The clinic is affiliated with a 222-bed, Level III Trauma Center, and as an outpatient-only physician, you will have the benefit of a hospitalist group covering all inpatient care.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000, based on local market conditions and eligible productivity. In addition to a competitive base salary, you can expect:
- A Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions and eligible productivity
- Year Two: Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions and eligible productivity
- Year Three: Base Salary plus productivity
- No cap to potential income
