ERP Financial Services Specialist with FAH Implementation Experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Services Specialist with FAH implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of Fusion Finance/ERP and EBS Finance experience. You will be responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and support, including advising customers on complex use of Oracle products and resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support and resolve complex and critical service requests.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial business processes and provide expert advice on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to promote the technical and professional development of others.
  • Conduct functional testing and create test scripts to ensure that Oracle Cloud Financials meets the customer's business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience with 5+ years of Fusion Finance/ERP and EBS Finance and FAH implementation/support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to relate product functionality to business processes.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
