About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Production Technician to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As an Assembly Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line within the plant in accordance with predetermined standard work.
  • Read, understand, and apply method sheets, assembly diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions.
  • Be knowledgeable and follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.
  • Operate power pneumatic and hand tools required for performing job duties.
  • Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and create work orders for tools/equipment to be repaired as needed.
  • Loading and unloading onto conveyors and carts, operating fork trucks, and hoists.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
