Manufacturing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled assembler to join our team in Enon, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly of our product, including reading, understanding, and applying method sheets, assembly diagrams, and blueprints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., and follow them with precision is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line within the plant, in accordance with predetermined standard work.
• Read, understand, and apply method sheets, assembly diagrams, and blueprints.
• Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions.
• Be knowledgeable and follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.
• Read print drawings to determine dimensions, design, and materials for construction.
• Operate power pneumatic and hand tools required for performing job duties.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Salary: $19-$21 per hour
