Job OverviewKept Companies is seeking a skilled Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior of our facilities are clean and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pressure washing and cleaning services for exterior facilities
  • Operate equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • DOT medical card (preferred)
  • Previous experience in detailing or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of detailing techniques, buffing, and/or custodial work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong customer service skills
