Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing workflows to discover potential enhancements.
  • Design and execute process optimization initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, minimizing waste, and elevating product quality.
  • Oversee performance metrics and initiate corrective measures as needed.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to tackle quality challenges and enforce corrective measures.
  • Engage in new product development efforts to guarantee manufacturability and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and enact corrective measures for quality-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of quality control strategies and protocols.
  • Contribute to the overarching quality management framework.
  • Remain informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing and quality engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving proficiency.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and quality methodologies, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques, particularly injection molding and assembly processes.
  • Experience with quality management frameworks and tools, such as ISO 9001 and FMEA.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is advantageous.
