Originally designed by renowned architect Fred Melville Guirey, our hotel features two beautifully restored towers that showcase mid-century elegance. With stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a distinctive zigzag roofline, our hotel is a vibrant hub for Phoenix's dynamic community.

Your Opportunity:

The cleanliness of our hotel is a key factor in ensuring our guests return and recommend us to others. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining this standard daily.

We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail to join our Housekeeping team as a House Attendant. The ideal candidate will enhance the guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining public areas while assisting room attendants. This position is truly the Heart of the House, providing essential services that allow our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. A strong housekeeping team can elevate a guest's experience from satisfactory to exceptional.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction during their stay
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the cleanliness goals of the hotel
  • Conduct rounds on assigned floors at the start and end of shifts to collect trash, bags, and soiled linens
  • Retrieve clean linens and restock pantry supplies on each floor
  • Deliver requested items such as towels, cribs, and cots to guest rooms
  • Assist with room attendant duties as needed
  • Restock guest amenities and supplies in pantry areas
  • Support room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness in all public areas following departmental standards
  • Remove soiled linens and trash from service areas and dispose of them appropriately
  • Respond to guests and team members in a friendly and helpful manner

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical capability to navigate tight spaces and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and brooms
