Job Summary


As a Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism in all aspects of your practice.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Requirements



  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
